Most Reverend Robert J. Brennan, Bishop of Brooklyn, regrets to inform you of the death of Reverend Ruskin Piedra, C.Ss.R., a retired priest of the Baltimore Province of the Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer (Redemptorists), who was in residence in the Diocese of Brooklyn at the Parish of Our Lady of Perpetual Help (Brooklyn). Father Piedra was born on December 30, 1933, was ordained to the Priesthood on June 19, 1960, and died Sunday, December 22, 2024.
