QUEENS CATHOLIC SCHOOL STUDENTS TO PRAY, SING AND SALSA DANCE TO CELEBRATE HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH
The Diocese of Brooklyn today is announcing that St. Sebastian Catholic Academy will host a special assembly to commemorate National Hispanic Heritage Month at the school this Friday, October 18, 2019, beginning at 8:00 a.m., located at 39-76 58th Street in the Woodside section of Queens.
The event will feature students saying prayers and singing songs in Spanish, as well as a Salsa dance performance. The students of St. Sebastian’s have been learning about Hispanic Heritage Month in their Spanish classes throughout the last month.
