For Immediate Release: April 15, 2026

New special introduces those who were baptized on the Easter Vigil

NET TV is announcing a half-hour special premiering this Friday, April 17, 2026, at 7 p.m. The special, Coming To Catholicism, profiles some of the nearly 1,300 individuals who became fully initiated into the faith this year at Easter vigils across the Diocese of Brooklyn which includes Queens.

  • Greg MontgomeryThe combat veteran who’s been attending Mass for years with his wife but says it wasn’t until they adopted their son that he had a “come to faith moment.”
  • Sander Cheung: The artificial intelligence expert who says he realized he was missing the one thing AI can’t replace.
  • Damari MachadoA Queens woman who found faith through a deep devotion to Our Lady of Guadalupe.                                                                                                                            It’s a countdown to Catholicism you won’t want to miss!
