Bishop Robert Brennan of the Diocese of Brooklyn, which includes Queens, will join Father Wieslaw Strzadala and parishioners at Our Lady of Consolation Roman Catholic Church for a prayer service and blessing of Easter baskets, at noon tomorrow, Saturday, April 4, 2026.
In this Catholic tradition, the faithful bring baskets of Easter food to be blessed.
Our Lady of Consolation is located at 184 Metropolitan Avenue in the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn. Members of the media are welcome to attend this event.
