The Diocese of Brooklyn has been informed of the passing of Reverend Monsignor Francis J. (Frank) Schneider, a priest of the Diocese of Rockville Centre. Monsignor Schneider served as Rector of the Seminary of the Immaculate Conception in Huntington from September 2001 to November 2005. The funeral arrangements are as follows:
