Brooklyn Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio to Celebrate Holy Thursday Mass

at the Cathedral-Basilica of St. James

 

The Most Reverend Nicholas DiMarzio, Bishop of Brooklyn, will celebrate Holy Thursday’s Mass of the Lord’s Supper tomorrow, Thursday, April 18, at 7 p.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of St. James, 250 Cathedral Place in Downtown Brooklyn.

 

Holy Thursday Mass commemorates the institution of the Holy Eucharist and includes the Washing of the Feet. Bishop DiMarzio will wash the feet of 12 Diocese of Brooklyn parishioners, imitating Jesus washing the feet of the 12 Apostles at the Last Supper.
