Office of Faith Formation

The Office of Faith Formation of the Diocese of Brooklyn offers lifelong and comprehensive formation in the Catholic Faith to all persons so that they may become disciples of Jesus and witnesses to the Gospel. We realize this mission through servant leadership that promotes faith formation for children, youth, adults, families, and all persons of special needs in a variety of settings in our multi-cultural, totally urban diocese.  Through our ministry, we collaborate with other diocesan agencies and pastoral leaders in forming genuinely holy people actively engaged in the New Evangelization.
