About the Liturgical Commission
The Liturgical Commission oversees the guidelines as well as the
practice of liturgy in our diocese. The goal of the commission is to
promote the understanding and practice of authentic Christian worship of
God. The Commission provides theological background as well as practical
information needed for service as a liturgical minister (Extraordinary
Minister of Holy Communion, Lector and Usher) as well as updates on
changes to and modifications of liturgical practice and procedure.
