Welcome to the application process for the Lay Ministry Program.  In the normal set of circumstances, you have been directed to this page because you have been nominated by your pastor/administrator for participation in the formation program and you received a letter from the Pastoral Institute.

If you have not been nominated for the program STOP and speak with your pastor/administrator.
