The Office of Human Resources provides:

Service to God’s People - by administering information necessary to promote the Gospel and allowing for ongoing employment relationships throughout the Diocese.

Service to the employees of the Diocese - by providing a resource for information and providing a haven for the problems that may result from any employment relationship.

Service to the parishes, schools, and various other entities within the Diocese - by administering pension plans and health programs that provide quality benefits and respond to the needs of the thousands of people dedicated to the mission of the Catholic Church.

Service to the managers, agency heads, pastors, and other administrators - by allowing them to remain focused on their respective missions and relieving them of the responsibility of worrying about the administration of benefit programs.

Service to each other - by handling various tasks and assignments because we want to be here and because we are dedicated professionals committed to our jobs and our Church.
